IMPACTX 3.0 is a 24-hour national-level hackathon organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, St. Joseph’s Institute of Technology, Chennai. The event invites young innovators to build impactful solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Round 1: Vision Kick-off

Teams pitch their idea to showcase problem understanding, innovation, feasibility, and alignment with UN SDGs.

Format: 5-minute pitch + 5-minute Q&A

Round 2: Midway Impact Review

Feb 5, 2026 | 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Judges evaluate prototype progress, functionality, team collaboration, and potential impact.

Format: 10-minute workstation demo per team

Round 3: Grand Finale Showcase

Feb 6, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Final assessment of project completeness, scalability, real-world applicability, and SDG impact.

Format: 10-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
